1. Who provides the service

nodsuite.com and the NOD platform (app.nodsuite.com) are operated by Oblyx LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company ("NOD", "we"). Contact: hello@nodsuite.com.

2. What NOD is

NOD provides (a) custom software development and infrastructure services ("Studio"), governed by individual written agreements per project, and (b) a subscription platform that prepares AI-assisted briefings and proposed actions for your business ("Platform").

3. Human approval by design

The Platform is built approval-first: proposed actions are executed only after your explicit approval, and decisions are recorded in an audit trail. You remain responsible for the actions you approve.

4. Subscriptions and trials

Platform plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on this site and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. Free trials don't require a card and convert only if you choose to subscribe.

5. Studio engagements

Prices shown for Studio work are indicative starting points; each engagement is defined by its own written scope, quote and timeline. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the deliverables on final payment.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services for unlawful purposes, to attempt unauthorized access, or to resell the Platform without our written consent.

7. Warranties and liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability related to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months; liability for Studio work is defined in the project agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
