Daniele grew up in Rome and left to work alongside renowned chefs abroad — refining his technique before coming home to the flavors he grew up with. He's an expert in local territory and culture, and shares them with guests discovering Rome's real cuisine for the first time.

Every dish is cooked fresh in your own kitchen or dining room, using traditional Roman recipes passed down through generations — Amatriciana, Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Saltimbocca — alongside the history and stories behind them.
