Who we are
NOD is operated by Oblyx LLC, a Delaware (USA) limited liability company. Contact: hello@nodsuite.com.
What we collect
- Contact form / project questionnaire: the information you submit (name, email, project description, business type, size). We use it only to respond to your request.
- Platform accounts (app.nodsuite.com): account details and the business context you choose to connect, used solely to provide the service.
- Technical logs: our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
- We don't send marketing emails you haven't asked for.
Where your data lives
Form submissions and platform data are stored on infrastructure we manage. Client business data connected to the NOD platform stays within the scope agreed in your service contract.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to hello@nodsuite.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Retention
Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for reasonable business records. Platform data is retained for the duration of the service agreement and deleted or returned on termination, as agreed.
